Advanced RAG with LangGraph — "RASA"
A hybrid intelligence platform using LangGraph to orchestrate structured (Pandas-driven) and unstructured (vector-based) data. A state-machine architecture dynamically routes and synthesizes multi-source insights, grounding quantitative outputs (graphs, statistics, Excel exports) with contextual synthesis from unstructured sources — turning complex, multi-source analysis into one natural-language narrative.
BigQuery Text-to-SQL Agent
An AI agent that turns natural-language questions into transparent SQL against Google BigQuery, returning tabular results, chart recommendations, and a visualized LangGraph workflow trace — built with FastAPI, LangGraph, and Next.js.
Customer Churn & Analytics Dashboard
Interactive data application for descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive churn analysis, integrated directly with Google BigQuery and a RAG pipeline that lets users query both tabular data and PDF documents for actionable business insights.
End-to-End Analytical Pipeline
Migrated legacy manual Excel workflows to automated R-based scripts, covering data cleaning, statistical modeling, and streamlined Power BI reporting.
LLM-based Recommendation System
Master's thesis (Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember) — a recommendation system built with LLMs and prompt engineering to evaluate the Top Brand Award as a business unit and enhance competitive value.
VPS Data Infrastructure
Configured and managed an Ubuntu-based VPS to host Airflow webservers and schedulers for automated data engineering DAGs.
